CBD Online is a Hong Kong based online shop for CBD oil products. We do not accept or deliver any international orders.
We provide Free shipping on all orders, and we use SF Express to deliver them. We do our best to expedite all orders and dispatch them the same day, as long as it is technically possible.
Here is what to expect:
- If payment is received before 2:00 p.m., order will be shipped the same day (except Sun and public holidays) via SF-Express. Note: We manually verify each payment, but we make sure it does not delay the dispatch.
- If “Cash on Delivery” is selected, SF will collect the payment upon delivery.
- All orders are dispatched at 4:30 p.m. and you will receive an email with the tracking information (around 5:30 p.m.). Gmail users: In most cases the email with tracking info goes to your “promotions” folder. Please, check if not received by 6:00pm.
CBD Online dispatches all orders via SF Express and in most cases they are delivered within 24 hours, with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.
We deliver to:
- Residential or business addresses
- EF Lockers for collection (specify in “Order notes” during checkout)
- SF Stores for collection (specify in “Order notes” during checkout)
Please note that once we dispatch your order, we have no control over the courier and can not reschedule or amend the delivery until the order is returned to us.
- If you specify any special delivery instructions during checkout, we will pass that information to SF Express and they will do their best to comply.
- If you have requested for order to be left by the door or left with concierge or other third party, CBD Online will not be responsible in case such order gets lost.
- If you want to amend or reschedule the delivery of your order while being in transit, the best way is to contact SF Express at +852 2730 0273 (will need to provide your tracking number).
