Refund Policy

30 Day Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we are happy to offer a 30 Day Refund Policy for all our products.  All refunds will be completed without questions asked within 3 working days, as long as:

  • Product has not been used (seal is intact)
  • Product is in original package
  • Product is not damaged (please, check product condition during delivery, and contact us right away if any damage is suspected)

Return Your Order

Once you get in touch with us, we will provide a return address for you.  We can also schedule a pickup for you (via SF Express).  Once we receive the returned order, we will complete the refund within 3 working days. Product condition must meet the requirements listed in our Refund Policy above.

Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order, simply send us an email or WhatsApp message.

Please note, that if your order is already dispatched, you will need to wait till you receive it and send it back to us. Only then, we can proceed with your refund.

Exchange Your Order

We do not allow direct order exchange. If you want to return a product and get a different one, we will issue you a refund for the returned product, then you can go ahead and purchase a new one. Please read our Return and Refund Policies described above.
